14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Nothing in this Section prevents p333 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where it determines that its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or platform integrity are at risk of irreparable harm.
